Macadam-sand mixture is prepared by crushing rocks. The mixture is characterized by percentages of sand and gravel and macadam size fractions. It is primarily used in road construction - for the construction of highways, balancing railways, airfields coatings, asphalt manufacturing. SCHPS use in road construction due to a number of advantages:
